My AT&T DSL blows. About once or twice during the time I’m using it each night, it goes down randomly for about 10 minutes. I get on the phone to AT&T and then head through their phone…uh…tree. Or perhaps it’s a phone forest. I say my phone number about 4 times. I say no about 12 times. I talk to four people. When I finally get to the DSL folks, my connection is back up. At this point I’m rather more angry than I should be. I’m getting a visit from the fine DSL repair folks tomorrow. Cross your fingers.
