You Know…For Kids

Richard Knerr, the founder of the company that popularized the hula hoop, the frisbee, the superball, silly string, and the slip and slide has died. Now that right there is a rather stout resume. I mean, c’mon…the frisbee AND silly string? And the slip and slide? The man was clearly a visionary.

    Of course, his tombstone says:

    Can’t you hear me laughing?
    Can’t you see me smile?
    I’m the man.
