Wow. I mean…wow. This is a heavy thing. Good heavy, but heavy regardless. Ralph Stanley, the last of the great Stanley Brothers, has done a radio ad for Barack Obama in Virginia. Not being from the South, I can’t personally put that in perspective only what I think *might* be perspective. I’ll save you my blather and just give you the damn clip….

Wow… but I was so distracted by his dental issues. Job hazard I guess.
Right on! Not sure how much an ad like this would affect some of my cousins in Alabama, but I’d like to think it would. However there’s a big movement now in some churches to say that a christian MUST vote for McCain. Whatever people’s values, I think Separation of Church and state should be a principle and a law kept alive and well.
